The Centro Educativo Juan Luna Molina A.C. (hereafter CEJULU), located at Avenida Juarez #34 Tlacomulco Ocotlan, Tlaxcala Tlax, is responsible for collecting, using and protecting the data that you provide below.

 

The personal data collected, even sensitive ones, will be protected and incorporated and treated, as appropriate, in the information systems of the Centro Educativo Juan Luna Molina A.C. (CEJULU) and third parties that the Institution contracts to provide products and services, when necessary.

 

The records collected and the processing of data associated with them shall be subject to the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Data in the Possession of Individuals, to the provisions deriving therefrom, to the corresponding legislation in force at the local level and to the applicable institutional rules and regulations.

 

The personal data collected in this format, those derived from the provision of the educational service and those obtained by CEJULU from other sources permitted by law, will be transmitted to the local and federal educational authorities, exclusively for the exercise of their powers, as well as to entities and agencies outside the Institution, public and private, that require them to perform their functions, in which case the information will be disassociated from its owner whenever possible.

 

The main purposes of the personal data collected, including sensitive data, data derived from the provision of the educational service and data obtained by CEJULU from other sources permitted by law, are to identify, locate and contact the holder, as well as the operation and administration of his/her file, in the academic, cultural, sports, health and any other fields covered by the services offered by CEJULU and third parties hired by it to provide services; as well as research for decision-making in the institutional planning and evaluation processes.

 

The exercise of the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, disclosure, limitation of use or revocation of consent to personal data must be made in writing, addressed to the authority responsible for personal data, which must be delivered to the administrative office of CEJULU, accompanied by a simple copy of the official identification with photograph and signature of the holder of the data, from the registration of the minor or minors for the school year 2020-2021.

 

CEJULU reserves the right to modify or update this privacy notice at any time, to include information resulting from changes in applicable laws, internal policies, new requirements for the provision of its services, among others.

 

These changes will be announced to the owners of personal data through the internet blog www.cejulu.org or, where appropriate, through memorandums or circulars, all of which are communication bodies of the CEJULU community.

 

In the case of personal data of minors, it will be the father, mother or guardian of the minor, who will provide them, consent to their treatment and exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, disclosure, limitation of use or revocation of consent referred to by law and this notice.
